I believe he is suggesting that the iGPUs he employs are functioning properly until the graphics card is installed. This might also relate to differences in how Intel and AMD handle the PCIe slot, especially if they were both placed in the top PCIe slot managed by the CPU. It could require adjusting BIOS settings for proper PCIe management.

When the GPU is connected to Intel PCs, the system starts normally and displays appear correctly after connecting the cable to the iGPUs. However, the GPU isn't recognized in devmgmt or BIOS. On AMD systems, detection works fine and display switching between onboard graphics and GPU is possible. The BIOS and devmgmt can identify the GPU as well. I attempted these actions before submitting the warranty. I removed the GPU drivers using DDU but it didn't work on Intel systems. I updated the GPU BIOS via techpowerup, which showed the latest version on an AMD PC, but the GPU still didn't appear in an Intel PC. I also tried using a different PCIe slot (Z490 motherboard), but detection remains unsuccessful. The store promises an update after a month.

Verify whether your GPU requires a UEFI firmware upgrade while using DisplayPort. It's always wise to confirm.
