I have an older desktop PC that I've been using for both gaming and work. It performed well until yesterday. Now, the GPU isn't showing any video output. Will my built-in graphics port work? The fan is spinning, so I'm hoping it's still functional since I don't have a replacement right now. I've attempted some troubleshooting steps myself. ✓ Swapped VGA cable ✓ Removed and cleaned the GPU, then reinstalled ✓ Used another display output besides VGA, connected an HDMI cable with an LCD to check for signals, but still nothing I've tried yet. I haven't adjusted any BIOS settings because I'm not familiar with them. My specs are: CPU Core i5 3470, GPU Club 3D GT630 2GB GDDR3, motherboard from HP, PSU from HP.

The GPU is functioning well, though the PCIe Express slot has apparently reached the end of its life and stopped working. It gave me quite a shock. I’ve switched back to an X8 slot, which still performs adequately despite minor differences.
