Hello, I purchased an MSI Radeon RX580 Armor 8G and every time I launch a game, the screen turns grey and I have to close it. Right now the display is light blue, and I only turned it on after completely restarting. I’ve moved the GPU to another machine and it works fine there too. I’ve reinstalled and uninstalled the drivers multiple times, but the issue persists. I reached out to MSI support, but they didn’t provide a solution. Please let me know if you know how to fix this, and feel free to reply here.
If the GPU performs the same function elsewhere, consider returning it for repair. Where did you acquire this GPU? Have you verified that your monitor isn’t causing the problem? Did you test another connection or cable?
I purchased the GPU recently from eBay, but the new monitor isn’t functioning properly. I’ve checked the port connections and they still aren’t working.
