Confirm the condition of the PSU wires. Are you asking about a brand-new or refurbished item? On Ampere, the fan increases speed to 100% if the GPU or VRAM appears faulty. There’s no display visible.

It often occurs about seven times out of ten, resulting in a complete screen display followed by shutdown while the fans increase speed.
