Performance may be decreasing when you load the map because it requires less visual processing power. The value of 87C remains excessively high. Have you activated vertical synchronization within the settings?

My display settings have VSync activated, and as a result, my frame rate is currently at 45 frames per second. Seriously!

Disable VSync, but maintain a fixed framerate that matches your screen’s refresh rate. Navigate to Windows settings, display adapter properties, and verify your monitor is set to 60Hz or the highest refresh rate it can handle.

If you're willing to decrease your frame rate by 30 frames per second... switching from 60 fps to 30 fps in settings will reduce your temperatures by approximately 20 degrees Celsius. (based on personal testing).
