You're experiencing several unusual issues. The sudden reboots with a PSU click suggest power problems, but they seem intermittent—possibly related to the spare PSU you're testing. The POST state with lights on is concerning; it could indicate hardware faults. The graphics card issues and random black splotches on the screen point to potential display or GPU problems. The BIOS display of strange lines may signal a motherboard fault. Consider checking the power supply connections, running diagnostics, and inspecting the GPU for damage. If you're unsure, it might be safer to test components separately without replacing everything.

I’m pushing this discussion forward, but I haven’t run into any problems yet after testing the updated PSU. I’m planning to check if I can reach the motherboard BIOS next.

I accessed the BIOS and set up my dual-monitor configuration. I swapped the two cables on the GPU ports, which allowed me to view the BIOS content. I'm checking if any of the connections are faulty or malfunctioning.
