I recorded this performance on CPU/MB because the problem isn’t related to the GPU anymore. After taking out my card, the system still boots into Windows 11 and plays the boot sound through my monitors, though it doesn’t show anything on the panel. The steps I’ve tried so far are: reseating the GPU, re-seating RAM, cleaning all power connectors, performing a CMOS reset by unplugging cables, removing the CMOS battery, and shorting the reset pins with a screwdriver for over 30 seconds. I’m almost ready to box this up and swap it for an ASUS Strix since this isn’t my first VGA light issue, but I want to check if any fixes remain.
