Hello, Recently I upgraded my gpu from 1070 > 3080(used, short term mining). I'm trying to figure out if my cpu is holding the card back or if there is something faulty with the card. I'm using 1080p 144hz screen. Cpu is i7 9700k, Psu Corsair Rm650i Gold, Ram 32g 4 sticks 3000mhz/c16 xmp. Nvidia drivers updated. Clean install with DDU. Bios is on the latest version. Windows 10 64bit is updated. Atm only tried cod warzone 2/cs2. With the 1070 I was getting 60-70 fps, now 80-90 - Same settings. Cs seems the same capped at 289 but getting heavy drops when getting hit. - Same settings. https://www.3dmark.com/fs/31038947 https://www.3dmark.com/spy/43601427 The gpu also dropped the clock to 210mhz and the memory clock to 50mhz during the 3dmark tests. Msi Aferburner is idle.
