Switched recently from a GTX 1650 to an RTX 4060 Ti. Placed the GPU inside the PC, went to safe boot, used duplication mode, enabled PC, then downloaded the NVIDIA app. There’s no other method to check if the GPU is working properly or perform a full system reset since I need the PC and it’s running smoothly. The CPU is a 7th Gen Xeon and the PSU is a 750W Gold model.

Ensure all drivers are current. Set up Afterburner for useful diagnostics. Try a tougher game to identify problems, and note the specific 4060ti model you own. Not every cooling solution is suitable.

Fortnite operates smoothly at 100-140 frames per second on the 1650, performs consistently on the 4060ti, but often lags frequently.

Now it's just running Minecraft except mine, and I'm averaging around 100-200 which definitely isn't what a 4060TI should do. It also drops to 70-80 a lot. I've heard there are problems with the new NVIDIA drivers I'm using—565.90—and I'm still facing issues.
