Your laptop has a 9300mG of GPU noise, but Lubuntu is using IGPU. Check your system settings or logs to see if IGPU is enabled and adjust accordingly.
It makes sense, but I’m really new to the terminal and prefer using CMD. I don’t know how to run or execute those driver files. The error says the NVIDIA installer needs root access.
The supported NVIDIA driver for Linux has been updated from version 340.108 to 455.23.04. Check Ubuntu's Additional Drivers for availability. Note that kernel updates have changed behavior, and some drivers now require specific configurations. Disabling the iGPU in BIOS may be necessary. For systems using Wayland, there are no known workarounds, though PopOS! offers alternative setups. The 9300m configuration remains uncertain.
