Hello everyone, I hope you're all doing well. I've been working on this PC for about an hour trying to solve a small problem. It has a Ryzen 5 3600 and an RTX 3060 on a B450 Carbon Pro Max WiFi. The GPU fan is making quite a noise. I've tried using afterburner and adjusted the fan curve, but it's still running at 30%. I've cleaned it up, re-seated the fan, and applied fresh thermal paste. What should I do next? Could it be time to replace the fan? Thanks ahead of time.

It's quite a volume... you won't be able to hear much from the fans when they're spinning below 1000rpm.

Check the RPM at that point. To tweak the fan curve, go into msi afterburner and refer to this video.

It's around 800-810 RPM and it remains loud, but not excessively hot.

Already checked it. RPM is about 800, temperature near 25-30°C. Not overheating, fans aren’t spinning too fast. Just a noisy fan.

avoid excessive noise then proceed by adjusting the fan curve or turning it off completely by disconnecting the fan cable from the GPU header on the board (you may need to disassemble the GPU slightly).

Disabling the fan completely may not require any sacrifices.
