My GPU isn't being recognized by Windows when booted from the iGPU. The fans aren't working, but the RGB lights are functioning. Likely related to poor fit. Here are some photos:

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU(if the unit was purchased used or recycled from an older build) apart from it's make and model.
Did you breadboard the system's innards before assembling inside the case?

Did you verify that your BIOS was up to date before connecting that processor to your motherboard? Also, did you opt for a subpar motherboard top pair with a Ryzen 9900x, which doesn’t have a strong VRM setup? You should’ve considered a better quality power supply for the entire system. At first glance, you invested all your funds into the CPU.

It functions properly when using the CPU with the integrated GPU, and the dedicated GPU is connected. The BIOS has also been updated.

Do you mean when the monitor is connected to the motherboard? "GPU fans not working" refers to the situation where the fans stop spinning at certain temperatures, like 40-50°C, and won't activate even when the GPU is under load.

The GPU refuses to engage the fan even briefly. I connect via the motherboard display port while using igpu; Windows doesn't recognize the dedicated hardware, and the BIOS displays this issue. Power appears to be connected, but it seems the PCI slot isn't fully seated, possibly due to misaligned screws visible in the photo.
