I own an old card with a GTX 750 Ti MSI, and the problem is that the fan header linked to the motherboard isn’t working. It seems like it might be fixable—tried another fan but it didn’t help.

It could be a risky attempt, but consider inserting the fan cable into the motherboard if it’s sufficient length. It may not be ideal, but it’s worth a shot.
