I also attempted to delete two gigs, but performance slowed down now, probably due to the single channel. I’ll switch to dimm1 next.

Remove your NVIDIA and AMD drivers using DU, then fetch the newest version and retry.

Run a benchmark similar to Unigene Superposition, then compare the results with other R9 270s that used identical settings to verify performance expectations. Also retrieve gpu-z to confirm the card's authenticity.

Interesting. Do you have a photo of the card? I believe it’s an OEM R9 370, which tends to run slower compared to regular R9 270 models.
