I changed the BIOS PK back to the default setting because I did that. My GPU light is flashing but the rest of it works fine and the fans are spinning. I removed the CMOS battery to attempt a BIOS reset, but nothing else worked. I also tried touching both pins for 11 seconds without any results.

Not understanding what pk means or which pins are important makes it hard to proceed. There are many possibilities here, but touching some parts without knowing could be dangerous. This seems like a situation where an action led to unexpected outcomes. I’d appreciate clarification on the hardware you’re using—specifically the make and model—and details about what you did and what happened.

Connecting the CMOS pins together restarts the BIOS to its standard setting. Touching them separately or using an insulator has no effect.

The issue isn't related to the BIOS. Does “gpu led is flashing” refer to a LED on the GPU or the postcode light on the motherboard marked "GPU"?

The GPU card comes with its own BIOS. It’s a bit tricky—some models support dual cards, letting you switch between them. You may need to flash the BIOS. I’m still unclear about the PK setting.
