I posted about my PC problems a few weeks back due to display glitches, audio issues, frequent restarts, and slow performance even when nothing was happening. At first I thought the graphics card was the problem because my 3070 Ti worked fine with clean drivers. When I tried the 3070 Ti in Heaven 4.0 everything functioned perfectly and temperatures stayed low. Later I sent my 4070 to MSI for repair, but it came back with the same issues. Now it’s acting differently depending on which GPU is installed. I’m puzzled about what might be causing this inconsistency.

They fixed a problem on the card, indicating there was an issue that needed correction. The specific fault wasn't detailed, but it was addressed.

Did you forward it to MSI or a repair service? I’d like to email them to clarify what changes were made to the card, which would help with further diagnosis.

I forwarded it to their RMA center in Sacramento, CA. It was quick since I’m in Los Angeles.
