Hi,
When playing MW, my GPU clock speed stays around 700MHz instead of reaching the usual 1050Mhz base clock or higher during gaming. I tested the game on Friday and it worked, but today it isn't functioning properly. As you can see here, it's increasing slightly from idle, yet it doesn't reach the base clock or boost clock. I'm unsure what might be causing this since it's not reaching the power or temperature levels seen in CS:GO, so no limits are being hit. I've already added the game as a 3D program in the NVidia Control Panel, and that didn't make any difference. I have the latest drivers and the most recent game update.

Have you adjusted the configurations? It's possible the CPU is limiting performance while the GPU remains unused.

I haven't adjusted any settings; it functioned on Friday during testing but now isn't working.
CPU usage was at 30%.
(While in a level, lying on the floor, I tapped to take a screenshot. I believe the spikes come from loading the game and the level)

GPU-Z displays the types of restrictions the GPU encounters, preventing performance improvements. Explore it.

I attempted that,
but didn't notice any obstruction preventing it?
A screenshot was captured shortly after playing a single-player level, ensuring the time graphs are precise.
The only aspect near the peak is the GPU load, which is expected and should increase the clock speed to handle the demand?
It isn't reaching voltage or temperature thresholds, unlike previous screenshots where both temperature and voltage increased during other games.
What's unusual is that it performed perfectly over the release weekend and a few days earlier this week. Then I played it again, and the problem reappeared.
I left it running for a day after, but the issue returned.
On Friday I installed a driver update and restarted my PC, which resolved it, but later today it didn't work when I tried it again. After checking with GPU-Z and restarting, the same problem persisted.
I'm uncertain about the cause since I haven't made any changes as mentioned.
