Hi,
I’m seeing the GPU crash message after a short while, even though the GPU temperature stays low at 45 degrees. I’ve boosted the core clock to 150+ and used my PSU cx750m, which should be sufficient for the overclock. I’m also running my i7 3820 at 4000 GHz. Can you help figure out what’s causing this issue?
Hi. The same applies to GPUs as it does for CPUs; each has its own specific optimization potential. A +150Mhz rating isn't huge, but it's suitable for many GPUs. Can you reach a consistent OC of +100Mhz and operate at full power and temperature limits? If yes, that would be great. Often even when benchmarks show stable OCs, games still crash, which only confirms the GPU isn't reliable under real conditions.
