I put in streamlabs and it started optimizing my internet and encoder. Once done, my screen changed colors rapidly—blue, red, green, black, white, and back again. I restarted my PC and now the GPU keeps shutting off and turning back on after Windows boots. I'm really upset because I've tried everything to fix it. My system has a Ryzen 5 2600X, 16GB of 3200MHz DDR4 RAM, Corsair RM650, and a Sapphire Nitro 6600X.
