I recently purchased a Govee RGB strip and everything went smoothly until today. Suddenly, the Wi-Fi feature stopped working. I reset it by unplugging it several times, but the red Wi-Fi icon remained. Bluetooth still functions properly, and I also attempted to connect it to a hotspot without success. Anyone has any advice?

It seems the Wi-Fi module in your lights might be damaged. Have you reached out to Govee support? Their items come with a one-month money-back guarantee, which could help if this applies. Updated: I came across a Reddit thread that might explain the problem.
