Hello, your girlfriend encountered a boot issue where her PC frequently jumps to MSI Click BIOS. After checking online, she tried switching from UEFI to CSM but couldn't find that option. She also attempted to disable Secure Boot, which didn't help. The system displays certain settings—please share them so I can assist further in getting the PC to boot properly.

It seems the NVMe SSD isn't being recognized. If you can access it, verify the connection. Consider removing and reinserting it to refresh the connection. If the issue persists, the SSD might be faulty. Assuming it's not using SATA, the OS configuration is likely the problem.

It seems the SSD might have failed too, but I’m unsure how to install it again on a laptop. I don’t know if the operating system uses a SATA SSD or an NVMe one.

I noticed the laptop features a 30 series GPU, which isn’t that outdated, and M.2 slots are widely available now. You’ll need to look into how to open the case to gain access. I’m not sure if this matches the exact model, but it seems you might have to take off the entire base cover—this is becoming a common practice these days. No longer do you have standard access panels.
