I also have a Gigabyte board, transferred from an MSI setup. I’ve observed that this board retains some capacitance that requires discharge before and after booting. When I power on my PSU, I notice a short flash from the motherboard and the GPU’s built-in LED, just like during shutdown. It doesn’t impact performance and appears to be a normal characteristic of the board. Initially confused, I conducted several tests using the PSU connections (being an electrician with the tools), and everything seems to function within specifications without issues.
It's just an odd thing about the board. I think the main issue is that it's only begun to happen, and if it doesn't matter, I'll go along with it.
