My Specs: Gigabyte Aorus B450 Pro Wifi Mobo Ryzen 7 5800X T-Force Delta RGB RAM 650 watt Gold PSU Problem is my graphics card won't boot when my computer turns on, no fan spin or nothing, and the DRAM light is on in the motherboard. The GPU does work in other systems, though. Tried new PSU for the graphics card specifically, different PCIE slot, different GPU altogether, unplug and replug CMOS battery, no luck. I am 99% percent sure that my problem is with the motherboard not having the newest BIOS for the 5800X, but I haven't found any good way to get an older CPU to flash it or flash it without a CPU. Any suggestions?

Check the bottom of the page linked and grab a spare CPU from AMD. They usually send you a Ryzen Athlon 200ge or a Ryzen 3 1200, which should work with most BIOS updates. Good luck! https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/pa-100

If your DRAM LED is lit up, then there could be something wrong with....the DRAM. AKA your memory sticks. Troubleshoot that first. i.e. try one stick of memory at a time in different slots until you get the computer to proceed to the next step.
