The Gigabyte H310M S2H 2.0 fails to update after adjusting the BIOS configuration.
Hi, I tried to turn on secure boot for Windows 11 on my games but it didn’t work. I followed these steps: restarted the PC, entered BIOS, turned off CSM, saved and exited, re-entered BIOS, enrolled the platform key, restarted again, then enabled secure boot. After that, I tried removing the CMOS battery overnight and checking the Clr_cmos pins, but nothing changed. It still gives 5 beeps at startup. My system specs are an Intel i3-9100F (though I can’t test it directly—maybe a CPU issue), and my motherboard is an Asus GT 1030 with 2GB RAM (also working). The problem seems to be related to the BIOS setting change.
Google suggests repositioning the CPU and inspecting for any bent pins in the motherboard socket. Replace the RAM and test the system by removing the graphics card, then booting into Windows with the CPU integrated graphics. ... If none of these steps work, consider switching to a different CPU or upgrading your motherboard.
