I recently attempted to install Windows but encountered an issue. After checking online, I updated my BIOS, which worked successfully. Now I’m stuck on a screen and unsure how to proceed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Clear CMOS. Two boards I've worked on need BIOS updates after each change.
