Hello, your Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 motherboard frequently restarts into BIOS before shutting down. You've already tried various fixes, including replacing components, but issues persist across different systems. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It seems the CPU might not be the issue if it doesn’t even POST normally. If a board defaults to the BIOS, sometimes it can boot from another drive—verify your HDD connections and their condition. Regarding the BIOS transition, note how quickly the system resets after entering it, especially with AM3+ systems.
