The system appears to boot up, but the fan is running while the power LED stays on. A persistent red light near the RST_SW button is always on, and there’s no display. Since you don’t have a dedicated graphics card, integrated graphics are being used, which might explain some of the issues. Could be a hardware or driver problem?
I didn't see it yesterday since it was already dark, but that red light says "DRAM"
I solved the issue by applying Q-Flash+ to upgrade the BIOS to the newest release—F4B.
