Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX showing red light on dram but computer seems to work just fine Motherboard is indicating an issue with the RAM, but I’m able to boot into bios and everything seems to be ok? I see all my things showing up. Curious if anyone else has run into this. It’s my first PC build so I’m not sure if this is a real issue.

Are you sure it's a troubleshooting light? Or just another red light on the motherboard? Mine has a red light on the dual BIOS button, for example, that I can't distinguish without getting very close. What does Task Manager and BIOS say for RAM? Is it inline with what's installed?

At first, it seemed like the RAM indicator was the issue. It wouldn’t boot properly, but I noticed the RAM wasn’t in the correct position. Once it was fixed, it started to boot, though the light stayed on. It looks like the light after the repair was likely for the operating system rather than the RAM itself.
