Hey everyone. Just to be clear, I own a Gigabyte GA-X99-UD4P motherboard. The product page says it supports the Gigabyte APP Center and the Lighting Control App, but when I try to open it, all the settings are hidden in gray. I’ve installed all chipset drivers, restarted my PC, and reinstalled everything several times. Any advice or insight?

I placed the newest update on the gigabyte site. The APP Center model is B16.0603.1, and the Ambient LED model is B16.0531.1

check the version on your motherboard support page.
newer versions may not work with older boards.

That's the information I found. I checked the gigabyte downloads page, used my mobo model, and downloaded both files from the utilities download section.
