I’m having trouble setting up Windows and even updating the BIOS. It starts with the Gigabyte logo and lets me choose a drive, but once I try to boot, it just restarts back to the logo repeatedly.

Typically, the issue arises from an improperly formatted USB stick. Try generating a new installer and test it again. If it still doesn’t boot, consider using Rufus. Save the Windows image as an .ISO file and employ Rufus to transfer it onto the stick. Good luck!

I'll attempt it, but that should clarify why the bios isn't refreshing from the USB after confirming everything properly.
