I followed the suggested list from the end of the video. It showed that many settings can be skipped without much impact. Reflection MSAA isn't necessary, Ambient Occlusion and Post FX can be disabled or set to default, and longer distances don't justify the performance cost.
adjusted the reflection settings to higher priority for better performance. switched to a lower setting for TXAA to enhance foliage visibility.
The GeForce Optimize performed flawlessly on my machine. I increased the settings beyond what I had previously configured. Enjoying a stable 60FPS experience.

I adjusted all the advanced features and MSAA to their highest levels, while tweaking a few others to achieve 30fps. I removed the AMD Gaming Evolved app and switched to manual settings. Most of my configurations were already set to maximum, except for MSAA and soft shadows, with the advanced tab turned off.
