Okay, so I have been out of the gaming scene for a long time... But I don't remember "removing" games from my library. Has anyone got any idea what has happened? Granted, this is the first time me using the EA app rather than the Origin app for my EA games. But what is this shite?! EA has removed a total of 40 things from my Library, but saying "You removed this game from your library. Visit the Game Hub to add it back." with some of them being able to be simply redownloaded and others I need to purchase again? I'll never refund or remove things from my games library, so WTAF is going on here? - Any help would be appreciated, and is there any way I can raise this with EA to get them put them back on? Apparently, all these things were removed when I found out I was going to be having my first child too. Below is a list of all the stuff which states I removed from my library. (I had to hand-type all these out too ) Any help or insight into this would be greatly appreciated. Spoiler Battlefield 4 Battlefield 4 Premium 10x Battlefield Hardline Gold Packs Battlefield Hardline Criminal Activity Battlefield Hardline Getaway Precision Battlepack Battlefield Hardline Premium Suppression Battlepack Battlefield Hardline Ultimate Edition Versatility Battlepack Dragon Age: Inquisition Digital Deluxe Mass Effect 2: Digital Deluxe Edition (2010) Mass Effect 3 Digital Books From Ashes Mass Effect 3: Digital Deluxe Edition -EN Mirror's Edge Catalyst Need for Speed Deluxe Edition Need for Speed Deluxe Upgrade Pack Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2: Deluxe Edition Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2: Deluxe Upgrade SimCity: Cities of Tomorrow Skyclops Coaster Crown Life of the Party Digital Edition Up All Night Digital Content SimCity: Complete Edition SimCity 4 Airships Set British City Set French City Set German City Set Plumbob Park SimCity Heroes and Villains Set Amusement Park Set STAR WARS Battlefront Deluxe Edition Content Star Wars Battlefront The Sims 3 The Sims 3 High End Loft Stuff The Sims 3 Late Night Expansion Pack The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe Titanfall 2

These are indeed the more unusual developments. Some titles remain in my collection, like BF4, while others have been taken out but can now be bought, such as Mirror's Edge Catalyst. I’m keen to understand what’s happened and how I can restore these games back into my account.

Reach out to EA support. It’s unusual for your games to be taken away. This only occurs when my EA play subscription ends and the titles I purchased are deleted from my library.

I've only had that experience once, when an indie developer stopped providing license keys for a game on one of the bundle sites. They chose to shut down the site rather than handle it directly, which led to widespread notifications from Steam. Even for a game I doubt anyone would play, the reaction was massive enough that many had to reactivate their keys later. It's rare for a game to disappear without any warning. Of course, if the license expires or ownership issues arise, the game stops being sold and removed from stores. But paying for a license means you retain access and can keep downloading the files indefinitely.

Don't think you need to try anything unless you're sure. They usually have live chat or email support. If you haven't used EA Play before, maybe start with their official website or contact their support directly. Avoiding trials is a good idea unless you're certain it'll help.

Google isn't just a concept in your area. Visiting "EA support" takes you to this page: https://help.ea.com/en/ You should verify you actually bought the games. Check your emails for purchase confirmations, either from EA directly or from bundles where you might have purchased them.

I was thinking about whether there was a clearer connection to a chatbot or an email address you could use directly. That approach is fine, and I’ll make sure to try it again. Appreciate the assistance!
