I don’t share Linus’s view that it’s acceptable as long as the game improves. They should be held responsible for not speeding up or delivering a solid product. Still, I’m okay with a delay, though this isn’t unusual for Rockstar.

Frankly speaking, giving out cash for pre-orders messes up the whole idea of working toward a goal. Many, including me, like earning by surviving or completing missions for pay. It’s similar to buying the game early so it becomes simpler for you and others who don’t have to grind.
