I’m experiencing a strange problem with this game. For instance, when I begin playing at 8:00 AM in the morning, it performs optimally, but later, between approximately 2:00 PM and nighttime, the gameplay becomes noticeably slower, and movements are affected. I've spent weeks researching potential solutions online without success. Perhaps someone here has an idea about what might be happening?

Huh? What game is this? Why such severe “slow” frame drops, lag, and sluggishness? Perhaps, but examine your CPU’s temperature readings during these slowdown periods. It appears to be overheating, though the specifics are unclear.

My Call of Duty: Black Ops II experience *somewhat* features slow motion because the player movements in YouTube clips are quicker than my own, and my CPU temperature remains at approximately 60-70 degrees Celsius even with all graphics settings set to low.
