Hi, I noticed the game Resident Evil Village is streaming smoothly on YouTube, but when there are cut scenes, my FPS drops while the game runs perfectly. I'm using OBS with Streamlabs and have these specs: i9-10900K, RTX 3080, 32GB RAM, 3200MHz, 750W PSU, 80+ Gold. Can you help me fix this issue? Thanks! (Sorry for the unclear writing)

I've encountered the same issue. Certain areas in the game cause the stream FPS to decrease even though the game runs normally. Have you found a solution?
