I’ll try to clarify my problem so I can better understand the setup. I have a capture card connected to my second PC, one monitor linked via DP, and another output going to HDMI. This HDMI output duplicates the main display but always caps the frame rate at 20 FPS in any game. When I switch it back to the main display, it drops to 60 FPS. If I disable the duplication, it returns to 60 FPS. I’ve also reduced settings and changed the main display resolution to 1080p, but the issue persists. I’m currently running at 1440p and duplicating to 1080p, yet the frame rate remains stuck at 20. I’ve searched online but haven’t found a solution. In the game bar, stats like system stats or RAM usage show normal performance, yet games still run at 60. It’s confusing—why does adding a screen resolution help? I’d prefer not to deal with this anymore.

System specs are solid, but I’m puzzled about maintaining smooth performance at 60fps even with limited focus areas or reduced input.
