I recently purchased a new PC and noticed performance issues with games stuttering. I’m trying to figure out the problem and find a solution. Here are my specifications: CPU – AMD Ryzen 5 3600; Motherboard – MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX ATX AM4; RAM – G.Skill Flare X Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB); DDR4-3200; GPU – MSI GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB; Video Card – Cooler Master MasterCase H500 ATX Mid Tower; Storage – Samsung 860 Evo 500 GB SSD and Western Digital Blue 2 TB; Hard Drive – 5400RPM internal; PSU – Cooler Master MWE Bronze V2 700 W (80+ Bronze); OS – Windows 10 Pro 1909, OS Build18363.815.

What I’ve done so far: Updated GPU drivers to version 445.87; turned off game mode and game bar; checked for background processes using CPU usage; confirmed CPU wasn’t the bottleneck (spikes only in The Witcher 3); moved games to SSD; ensured standby memory wasn’t full; removed GPU driver with DDU and waited for Windows update; reset Windows.

It's a new Windows version, but the chipset driver isn't the newest. I tried updating it, but it didn't resolve the issue.
