Hello,
My new PC and Planet Coaster or Planet Zoo often crash after a short time. It might happen within five minutes, but sometimes I can play for over an hour. I've already reached out to Frontier, but they haven't found a fix yet. I've tried several things: running the game at the lowest settings, checking the file integrity, reinstalling GPU drivers, enabling debug mode in the Nvidia control panel, starting in a clean boot environment, and performing a full Steam reinstall. The issue seems limited to just these two games—Flight Simulator 2020 and other heavy titles run smoothly on Ultra setting. If anyone can assist, I'd be very grateful because this is really frustrating!

To confirm: the brand name and precise model number of the PSU are likely hidden on its label.
Currently, it seems like a generic 500W or low-end model, possibly unsuitable for a PC with a 250W TDP video card and a CPU rated at 125W, which usually operates at higher loads.
This appears to be my initial guess. If you're seeking advice on choosing a reliable power supply, please follow the link in my signature.

Is your PSU 500W or 750W? Please specify both.
500W is not enough.
Do you have any patches available for those games?
The game forums could offer some suggestions.
A persistent issue over time suggests a heat problem.
Remove the case cover and use a fan to cool the interior.
Check if this resolves the matter.

there is an MSI prebuild including two PSUs, but details about its functionality are unclear. I haven't found reviews, and it seems the listing shows only the two options available.
