Despite running Minecraft, I’m consistently experiencing a frame rate of only 40 fps. Reducing the render distance and particle effects doesn't improve this performance issue. Other games operate flawlessly. I recently performed a complete reinstallation of Minecraft, but the problem persists. My system specifications are as follows: Core i5-3470 processor, GTX 1050 graphics card, 8GB of RAM, a 500 GB Samsung SSD. Does anyone have suggestions for resolving this?

Might want to list specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Which driver version are you on for your GTX1050? How old is your PSU? Which version of your OS are you on(assuming you're on Windows 10)?
