It should probably be on the PC, though it might come out later.

It seems like a title similar to GTAV, but it will remain exclusive for a while.

Currently, it seems the situation isn't the same as with consoles. Since both previous RDR titles weren't released for PC, we can't deny this. It might be true that RDR 2 (or whatever version) could never be ported to PC.

Others suggested R* likely followed their approach with GTA V, possibly optimizing it for different platforms while keeping PC in mind. Red Dead Redemption didn’t really capture my attention, and the second game fell short compared to expectations. Mafia 3 intrigued me at first but turned out disappointing based on what I heard. At least Battlefield 1 looks promising, especially after playing the open beta. I enjoyed the limited time I had with it and would buy it if I could afford it. I own a PS4 but don’t want to purchase it for that console.

RDR had major issues with the development process—it was incomplete and likely never seen again. The project is moving forward to PlayStation now, and it will be available for PC.

They’re content when they reach the top of console sales. Honestly, they plan to bring it to PC later, allowing them to sell it at a higher price.
