Hello, I'm having trouble launching Black Ops 4 on my system. It only boots and then freezes at the logo. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it several times, but nothing changes. What's going wrong? I also saw a suggestion to start in safe mode because of graphics settings, but I haven't tried that yet. The CPU specs look good, but the game still doesn't run properly.
