The game isn't downloading properly.
So i downloaded steam on my school pc using the notepad/folder trick, and managed to launch it and sign in. I can see the games I have, and i'm on a hotspot instead of school wifi but when I press the download button it just does nothing. Probably cause i bypassed the admin sign in, but it doesnt even give an error message, just nothing happens. My dream is to play CS2 on the school laptop. I havent tried it on home wifi but i figured if the hotspot doesnt work home wifi wouldnt be different. Thanks yall
