Hi,
During gaming the game freezes for just two seconds before the screen goes black without any sound. I tried Alt+Tabbing but the display doesn’t turn back on until I restart the PC. This happens randomly while playing and seems to occur only during games.

My system details:
CPU: i5 3570K (Hyper 212X)
Motherboard: Intel DH77KC
RAM: 2*4GB DDR3 Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz
Storage: 250GB SSD/HDD – 850 Evo(Boot)/3TB Seagate Barracuda (2+1)
GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ RX570 Oced (1480Mhz C.Clock & 2100 Mhz Mem.Clock) – Latest driver 18.10.1
Power Supply: Seasonic S12ii-620W
Chassis: Antec P8
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 1803

Checked temperatures for both CPU and GPU, they’re well under 55°C.
[strike]Could the audio driver be the problem since I recently removed it??[/strike]
Installed...
[strike]Might it be related to GPU overclocking??
[strike]Could an OS issue be causing this??
Up to date...
[strike]Is there a memory concern??
Memtest86 passed...
This issue appears in all games, such as Dota 2, ACO, WWE 2K19, etc.

It seems PSU might be the problem. Are there any signs that indicate this could be the cause?

Consider attempting this within the framework.

consider using alternative software tools for monitoring if possible.
i don’t have another PSU available, so i can rely on utilities like HWinfo.
even with the test results, i’m unable to identify the cause of the problem.
what data should i examine in this situation?
i’ll also attempt to lower my overclocking to see if it improves things!
