This will take only 3 Steps guys. ( read all of this if you want it fixed and you must do all of this) You need to check this Forum always because I always update it when I see some problem like this. 1. Everyone who still playing GTA 4 and still experiencing this kind of missing textures, now I know that you are probably doing something wrong! First thing you should do is to download the latest version of the fix from gtaforums.com. Make sure you read all the instructions carefully before installing it. 2. Once you have downloaded the fix, extract it to your GTA IV installation folder. 3. Launch GTA IV and check if the missing textures are fixed. If not, try restarting your computer or reinstalling the game.
