Use free tools like Heaven Benchmark or try AIDA64 (30-day trial) or prime95. For 3DMark, run their stress tests though they’re less intense than the ones I mentioned earlier. You can also check Cinebench R15, R20, and R23 for CPU stress testing.

I understand you modified the case but haven't checked for shorts. Also, consider removing the system from the case and reassembling it on a cardboard box—like a motherboard box without the anti-static bag—to test performance in a more open environment, such as in games or Minecraft.

You recently discussed another thread with @ragnarok0273 about spray painting the case. Did you also coat the standoffs on the motherboard? A poor ground connection could be an issue. The photos you shared might not clarify the situation.
