I can't send or display screenshots directly. However, you can check the "Processes" list in Task Manager and sort it by CPU usage yourself. If it feels slow, let me know and I can help troubleshoot further.

Do you have 8GB or 16GB of memory? I experienced significant lag in The Division and BO3, both demanding high RAM. With only 8GB, the game kept stuttering, reducing FPS. Upgrading to 16GB eliminated the issues completely. You might need more memory for smoother performance.

I possess 8GB of Kingston DDR3 at 1866MHz, yet the system doesn't utilize it fully.

Consider upgrading to additional RAM now. You currently have two 4GB sticks in dual-channel configuration.

When the game stopped working, I couldn't use CAM since it tends to close when the game freezes. Likely the CPU reached maximum usage; Disk 0 is my SSD and the division is installed there.

Your memory is nearly full, which makes the system treat your hard drive like RAM and slows things down a lot. It’s better to have at least 16 GB of RAM for smoother performance.

I believed I was the sole person facing these audio issues in my MSI GTX 970 Twin Frozer V during The Division. Appreciate you bringing this up—it’s been useful.
