your rx 580 8gb card from xfx isn't displaying video after just a couple of minutes of gaming. you've already adjusted the overclocking, tweaked the fan settings, and updated the bios—what else can help?

Consider reducing the TDP setting, which starts at 100% by default. This could allow you to drop it to as low as 50%. If successful, it might indicate a power restriction on the card, possibly due to a problematic power phase that triggers when the card gets warm.

Adjusting the Power Limit appears in the Performance > Tuning area of Radeon Adrenaline software. In the bottom right corner, select Manual Tuning Control.
