Hey there, today I purchased the deluxe version of the game via Steam. After completing the download, they sent me an activation code. I opened Uplay to activate it and entered the code. The program crashed immediately. I reopened Uplay and checked my account details—Trials Fusion was linked to me. When accessing my games section, the game appeared. Clicking it prompted me to enter the activation code again. If I type it, the message reads: "This activation key has already been activated on your account. Please go to my games to play the game." This exact warning appears every time I try to launch the game. I reinstalled the app, but after two attempts, the same issue recurs. The first restart led to a proper game launcher, where I clicked download. After finishing the download, I started the game and noticed it was just the demo version. In the game launcher, every DLC shows a green checkmark except for the base game. Can I fix this problem? I’m really frustrated because I just spent a lot of money and can only play the demo. If there’s no solution, could I delete the game from my account and request a refund? Sorry for the poor English. Since no one replied on the Ubits forums, I thought about leaving this post. The game is Trials Fusion, by the way. Thanks anyone who might help.

I face several problems with U-Play. I should reach out to their support since the issue relates to keys.

most people think they deserve their own version of Steam rather than sticking to the official site. It’s really frustrating and just adds more issues. They’re essentially asking us to pirate games and bringing day one DLCs and similar stuff for FCE isn’t helping at all. Why should I pay nearly 90 dollars when I could get it for around 60 dollars, especially since they already release things for free? In my case, I got it with my new GPU.

You purchased it via Steam. How does it behave when you open it through Steam versus Uplay?
