The issue is really bad, but I can't use AA or push it through Nvidia Inspector even after the suggested solutions, since they lead to major texture problems.

Typically, most ENBs include SMAA which you can adjust via an .ini configuration. Many ENBS are shipped with sweetFX that already contains SMAA.
