That’s quite strange. Perhaps attempting a fresh installation would resolve the problem? A complete reinstall, excluding any modifications, might help. I must admit, I've encountered numerous difficulties with Java and Minecraft, and recently transitioned to Windows 10 Edition. Windows 10 operates flawlessly, without encountering any problems at all.

I removed all files, including the .minecraft folder, and it initially functioned correctly. However, upon subsequent launching of Minecraft, the performance dropped to a low frame rate of 30.
